Host Team Lead
- Create environment in which guests AND volunteers feel loved, welcomed, and wanted by ensuring Sunday checklist is completed, staffing Welcome Desk throughout service times, and answering guest inquiries.
- Assist guests with taking a "next step" through their decision to give by assisting with the collection of offering at the end of service and by answering guest inquiries about next steps.
- Enable the church to keep tabs on the "supply and demand" and related needs of particular service times by documenting head count of guests in attendance received from Ushers.
- Recruit attendees and members to be volunteers.
- Develop volunteers into leaders by motivating them to see their value on the team and their impact on church guests.
every other week for 1.5 to 2 hours (15 to 30 minutes before service, 1 hour during service, 15 minutes after service)
